Completed in 2021, this 300-square-meter interior project is located in Yaser Junction, Tehran. The scope of work included interior design, custom fit-out, construction of MEP infrastructure, and comprehensive execution management. The design approach was guided by the concept of Sense of Place, ensuring that the spatial organization, material selection, and architectural language were carefully aligned with the project’s functional requirements and identity.
